Pralay Jha has over 17 years of experience in the service and sales sectors, primarily in the field of instrumentation. Currently serving as Team Lead – Service Instruments for the West Zone at Eppendorf since October 2009, Pralay Jha has held various positions within the company, including Territory Manager - Service, Asst Territory Manager - Service, and Senior Service Executive. Prior to joining Eppendorf, Pralay Jha worked as a Sales and Service Engineer at Tulip Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. from November 2006 to April 2009. Pralay Jha holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Telecommunication from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University, obtained in 2006.
