Tomasz has held titles such as Head of Retail Property Management, Portfolio Manager, Investment Manager, Transaction Manager, and Regional Manager. Skuza is responsible for overseeing the proper operational functioning of new projects acquired by EPP and managing commercial projects for Griffin R.E. Additionally, Tomasz has experience in lease agreement management, budgeting, audit coordination, and property management expertise. Skuza holds a Master's degree in Property Management & Valuation and is a licensed Property Manager.
