Ismail Ostrilski has gained a wealth of experience in operations and logistics roles over the years. Starting as a Warehouse Coordinator at Single Resource in 2015, they progressed to roles such as Warehouse Team Manager at Argos, Team Manager at B & M LIMITED, and Site Manager at Assist Resourcing UK Ltd. Ismail then moved on to THG as the Group Head of Labour in 2021 before joining Epos Now as Head of Shared Services & People Systems and later becoming the Head of Operations in 2022.

Ismail Ostrilski completed a Certificate in English Language at the American University in Bulgaria from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a GCSE in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Natural Mathematical School in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria from 2010 to 2015. In 2021, Ismail obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in advanced Excel formulas, elevator pitch delivery, efficient email management, and SharePoint collaboration and communication.
