David Rowe's work experience begins in 1980 when they worked in various positions at Eli Lilly and Company. In 1993, they became the Regional Manager for DowElanco (precursor to Dow AgroSciences) in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia. From 1996 to 1998, they served as the Director of Strategic Development at The Dow Chemical Company. David then returned to Dow AgroSciences and worked as the Global Business Leader for Food and Biotech Outputs, including "Healthy Oils." In 2002, Rowe founded ParaPRO Pharmaceuticals and served as the Vice President of Development until 2008. David then worked as a Senior Regulatory Consultant at The Anson Group from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they founded Choco Finesse LLC, where they led the company and developed and commercialized the Epogee® brand EPG fat replacement technology platform. In 2018, Choco Finesse became Epogee LLC, and Rowe continued as the Founder and Chief Technology Officer. Finally, in 2019, Rowe founded Epogee and held the positions of Founder and Chief Technology Officer. In 2021, they also briefly served as the Acting President. Both Epogee LLC and Epogee focus on breakthrough food technology that allows for amazing taste with low calorie, fat, and saturated fat levels.
David Rowe has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Harvard University, which they obtained from 1972 to 1976. David further pursued their education at Harvard Business School, where they earned an MBA from 1978 to 1980. Prior to their university education, they attended Alvin High School, although the specific dates are not provided.
