Sherry Miszkurka has a diverse background in various roles related to community and youth support. Sherry started their career as a Summer Youth Worker at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. - Family and Youth Division in 2013, where they co-facilitated a program for youth aged 12-17. Sherry then worked as a Residential Support Worker at Pathways Community Services in 2014, where they supported youth and young adults with disabilities and mental health challenges in a group home setting. Sherry also had a role as a Youth Worker - MY Circle at Immigrant Services Society of BC in 2014, providing support to young immigrants. Alongside this, from 2009 to 2014, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Human Geography (Environmental Specialty) and a minor in Counselling.
