Alex Lee has extensive work experience in the media industry. From 2006 to 2012, they served as the VP of Marketing & Sales at Epoch Times in San Diego. Alex then joined SHANG Magazine in 2011 as the VP of Marketing, and later became the Director of Marketing & Sales until 2013. In 2014, Alex worked as the Director of Digital Strategy at Epoch Digital Network. From 2015 to 2019, they held various roles at Epoch Times, including Managing Editor and VP of the Weekly Division. In 2019, they became the President of the Texas Division at Epoch Media Group and later assumed the role of President of Epoch Times Los Angeles. Additionally, Alex has also worked as an Instructor at UCSD Extension and the University of San Diego, teaching Chinese language and culture.
Alex Lee pursued a Master's degree in Linguistics from UC San Diego from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1997, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language & Literature from Nankai University. In addition to their formal education, Alex also holds a certification in Google Ads - Measurement which they acquired from Google in December 2022.
