Ladon Ghalili has a long history of professional experience. Ladon was a Cofounder and Director at Epoch International Enterprises Inc. from 1993. Ladon then moved on to become the Northeast Chapter Chairperson at the American Chamber of Commerce in China (AmCham China) in 2019.

Ladon Ghalili attended Louisiana State University from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
