Susan Callender, JD is the Chief Operating Officer at Epoch Education, Inc where Susan manages a leading diversity, equity, and inclusion consultancy. Prior to this role, Susan founded ClickBridge Consulting and successfully coached companies through the challenging leap from start-up to next-level profitable business. Susan also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Collins & Associates, overseeing day-to-day management of a multi-million-dollar accounting firm. As the Founder and President of Essential Discovery, Susan led global field operations and developed discovery and document review services. At Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, Susan served as Legal Counsel managing major ITC and complex litigation matters.
