Laudeline Valeriana Campos Soeiro is an experienced professional in human and organizational development with a strong background in management. Currently serving as Gerente de Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional at SDS Siderúrgica since January 2019, Laudeline oversees human and organizational development across various locations, including Belo Horizonte and Sete Lagoas. Concurrently, as Gerente de Desenvolvimento Organizacional at EPO since August 2014, responsibilities include managing individual development programs, competency assessments, performance evaluations, executive career advisory, coaching, and the implementation of an ethical conduct code.
