Maria Lawson has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Vice President of Training and Development at Ellis, Partners in Management Solutions since 2010. In this role, Maria focuses on addressing the unique needs of four generations in the workplace, emphasizing the importance of understanding these differences for business success. Prior to their current position, Maria was the President of MLawson Consulting Services from April 2007 to 2010 and served as the Vice President of Training and Marketing at Lincoln Property Company from September 1991 to April 2007.
