Lauren McGuire is a seasoned professional in business development with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently serving as the Business Development lead at EPM Ltd since June 2018, Lauren has been instrumental in shaping the new business strategy for one of the largest service providers in education, supporting over 2,300 schools and 200 trusts. Prior to EPM, Lauren held the position of Business Development Director at Affinity Workforce, where responsibilities included designing the Multi Academy Trust proposition and implementing the company's new business strategy. From September 2010 to December 2017, Lauren advanced through several roles at Eteach, culminating as Sales Director and managing strategic sales initiatives for the UK market. Earlier experience includes serving as a Lifeboat Operations Manager at RNLI Clovelly and providing educational consultancy services at Class People. Lauren's educational background includes a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Primary from the University of Gloucestershire.
