Simon Budde has a diverse work experience history.

From 2018 to present, they have been with EPLAN, where they have held various roles including Head of Partner Management, International Partner Manager, and International Business Explorer. Prior to this, from 2007 to 2018, they worked at Retarus, where they held positions such as Sales Operations Manager/Head of Back Office, Project Manager, and Tele Account Manager Key Accounts.

In 2012, they also briefly worked at Retarus Inc. as Project & Sales Support. Earlier in their career, they interned at Linde AG and worked in sales at Esprit Retail B.V. & Co. KG.

Simon Budde earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from AKAD University in 2012. Simon then obtained a Master of Science degree in Sales Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in 2016. Prior to their bachelor's degree, they completed a program in Business Administration with a specialization in Foreign Trade at Sabel Akademie München, where they obtained the qualification of Management Assistant for Wholesale and Foreign Trade (IHK) in 2007.
