Raymond Dettmer is an experienced culinary professional with a background in various kitchen and management roles. Currently serving as Front Of House Manager at Episcopal Retirement Services since December 2017, Dettmer previously held positions as Executive Chef and Sous Chef at Nordstrom from May 2016 to December 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Cook at Senior Star from January 2014 to April 2016, Cook at Roger Williams University for a short term in late 2013, and Line Cook at Meritage Restaurant from July 2011 to July 2013. Dettmer obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of Ohio - Cincinnati, completing the program between 2010 and 2012.
