Anna-Karin Genschou is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Senior Project Leader in Human Resources for M&A at Epiroc since February 2020 and previously as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to Epiroc, Anna-Karin held various senior HR positions at Sandvik from December 2010 to February 2020, including Vice President of Human Resources for Sandvik Materials Technology and Head of Human Resources for specific product areas. Earlier in their career, Anna-Karin worked at Adecco Group as a Consultant Manager and Recruitment Consultant. Anna-Karin's educational background includes a FEM Executive Management Program from Stockholm School of Economics and dual Bachelor's degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Business Administration from Mälardalen University.
