Walter "Speedy" Gonzalez is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the National Director of Broker Development and Louisiana State Designated Broker at Epique Realty since June 2023. With a career spanning over a decade in the Greater New Orleans Area, Walter has held various positions including Associate Broker at eXp Realty and Real Estate Broker at Second Line Realty. Walter also has a background in real estate operations, having served as the Chief Operations Officer at The Agency of M. Grass Group. Prior to their real estate career, Walter was a Police Lieutenant at NASA, overseeing security operations and supervising a large team. Walter holds a degree in General Studies from Grace King High School.
