Chad Kunesh is an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a strong background in software testing and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software QA Analyst at Epiq since June 2019, Chad ensures product functionality is reliable and client expectations are met while leading a team of Quality Assurance Engineers. Previously, Chad held roles at Amazon as a Senior Software QA Analyst and as a Quality Assurance Technician II, focusing on the Kindle mobile application, and at POSSIBLE as Quality Assurance Lead, managing global QA teams. Additional experience includes Quality Assurance roles at DNA Response, Inc., POP, and Electronic Evidence Discovery, where Chad contributed to various testing processes, developed test cases, and provided mentorship. Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
