Eleonora Sesini has work experience in various companies. In 2009, they worked as an Account Manager at Ad2sell until 2010. From 2011 to 2020, they worked at Groupalia Italia as a Production Team Leader. Since 2020, they have been working as a Post Sales Service Manager at Epipoli S.p.A.

Eleonora Sesini obtained their first degree, a Laurea, in Pubbliche relazioni, pubblicità e comunicazione applicata from IULM University, from 2002 to 2005. In 2006, they pursued further education at IULM University and completed a Master universitario di I livello in Management della comunicazione sociale, politica e istituzionale. Following that, in 2007 and 2008, Eleonora attended Università degli Studi di Milano, where they earned a Laurea Magistrale in Marketing e comunicazione di impresa.
