Kara Fagan-Rayner is an accomplished nonprofit professional with extensive experience in fundraising, development operations, and strategic management. Currently serving as the Director of Annual Campaigns at Beaver Country Day School, Inc. since July 2023, Kara previously held significant roles at Epiphany School, where responsibilities included directing annual giving and development operations. Career highlights include serving as Executive Director at the Women's Fund of Greater Chattanooga and holding various development leadership positions at South Shore Conservatory, StoryCorps, and Chicago Foundation for Women. Kara's educational background includes a Master’s in Nonprofit Administration from North Park University and a Bachelor’s in Fiction Writing from Columbia College Chicago.
