Richard Hartman serves as a Pastor at Epiphany Lutheran Church and has been a Volunteer Chaplain with the Fort Wayne Police Department since May 2012, where Richard also holds the title of Chaplain. Richard Hartman earned a Masters of Divinity from Trinity Lutheran Seminary between 1988 and 1992 and completed a Bachelor of Science in Radio and Television Communication, along with a minor in Vocal Performance, from Butler University from 1980 to 1984.
