George Troullinos has worked in the tech industry since 2013. George started at Teleperformance Hellas as a Technical Support Engineer and New hire Trainer. In this role, they were responsible for organizing classroom-style seminars about product features and processes, as well as conducting role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills. George was also responsible for researching and identifying solutions to software and hardware issues, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and asking customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem. In 2019, George moved to Epignosis Learning Technologies, where they held the roles of Support Team Lead and Technical Support Engineer.
