Gaurab Upreti has extensive experience in customer success and relationship management, currently serving in the Customer Success and SaaS Platform division at Mastercard since October 2021. Prior to this role, Gaurab held various positions at Tata Communications from November 2013 to October 2021, including Associate Director for Customer Success and Head of Customer Success Management for the North & East Region. Gaurab also has experience in retention management and customer satisfaction (C-Sat) strategies. Earlier roles included Assistant Manager at Tata Teleservices Ltd, Senior Lead at Bharti Airtel Limited, and Team Leader at Mphasis Bpo. Gaurab holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
