Laura Karssen is a seasoned professional in sales operations, currently serving as Senior Sales Operations (Strategy & Growth, Business & Customer Development) at Epidemic Sound since May 2018. Laura contributes to innovating music licensing processes that enable content creators to access a vast library of commercial-quality music. Previous roles include Customer Development Representative at Epidemic Sound, focusing on identifying new opportunities in EMEA and APAC, and improving operational workflows. Prior to this, Laura held supervisory and sales associate positions at LUSH in the UK and Europe and completed an internship at Hogeschool van Amsterdam while writing a thesis. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mediastudies from the University of Amsterdam.
