Ryan Ezell has a diverse work experience starting with a role as a Disney College Program Intern at The Walt Disney Company in 2015. In 2016, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at North Carolina State University. The following year, they joined RTI International as a Jimmy V Foundation Undergraduate Research Intern. In 2018, Ryan worked as an Undergraduate Research Associate at Borski Lab at North Carolina State University, where they were responsible for designing and troubleshooting a protein purification protocol, maintaining live cell cultures, and conducting screening assays. Since 2019, they have been employed at EpiCypher, Inc., first as a Research Associate and later as a Research Associate II.

From 2014 to 2019, Ryan Ezell attended North Carolina State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry.
