Rich Jaso has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rich began their career at IBM in 1977, where they held various sales and general management positions until 1990. Rich then worked at IBM as the Director of Multimedia Applications Products in the Client Server Computing division from 1994 to 1996. Rich later joined Answerthink in 1997 as a Managing Partner, focusing on CRM. In 2003, they started working at Unisys, initially as the Vice President of End User Services until 2010. Rich then served as the Vice President of Global Operations until 2013 and Vice President of the ITSM Business Unit until 2013. Currently, Rich Jaso is the Senior Vice President of Support at Epicor Software, responsible for managing technical support, implementing new support delivery models, and enhancing IT support systems worldwide.
Rich Jaso attended Cornell University from 1973 to 1977, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Labor Relations. Rich later pursued a study in Finance and Operations Research at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management from 1979 to 1981, although the specific degree obtained is unknown.
