Cesar Saldana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the software and IT support sectors. Since January 2016, Cesar has been serving as a Senior ERP Analyst at Epicor Software, where expertise in enterprise resource planning has been developed. Prior to this role, Cesar worked at IBM from October 2012 to December 2015 as a Help Desk technician, gaining valuable skills in technical support and customer service. Cesar holds a degree from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, which was completed between 2005 and 2010.
