Brad Paulson is currently the VP & Corporate Counsel at Epic Systems Corporation since March 2002. Prior to that, Brad held the position of Senior Counsel at Texas Instruments from September 2000 to March 2002, focusing on legal affairs in the High Performance Analog Group. Before that, Brad served as the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Burr-Brown Corporation from July 1997 to September 2000, until it was acquired by Texas Instruments in a $7 Billion deal. Brad's legal career started as an Attorney at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P. for three years and later at Streich Lang (now Quarles & Brady) for five years. Brad holds a JD with Distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law and a BA with honors in Political Science & Economics from the University of Iowa.
