Heiner Morales Morera has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Heiner began their career as a Software Developer at Opticas Vision Ltda., where they developed and integrated technologies to support operational and financial needs. Heiner was also a key team member during the conversion of old systems to new ones. Heiner then worked as a Software Engineer at Logical Data, where they developed and maintained complex ERP modules using Delphi.

Heiner then joined NG Systems as a Software Architect, where they designed, developed, and tested shared components for various systems. Heiner also mentored and trained project members in .NET Framework Technologies.

After that, they worked at EX2 Outcoding as a Web APIs Team Lead for 13 years. Heiner maintained the backend web application for the duration of their role and started as part of the development team before becoming the project development leader.
