Brad Taylor, CSP, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Brad began their career as a Marine Science Technician in the U.S. Coast Guard from September 2008 to August 2012. Following that, they joined Flatrock Engineering & Environmental in July 2012 as a Safety Services Manager until February 2023. Currently, Brad is working as the Director of Safety, Security, and Training at EPIC Midstream since February 2023.

Brad Taylor, CSP has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Columbia Southern University, obtained between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from Ashford University, completed in the year 2012. In their undergraduate studies, Brad obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2002 to 2006. Before that, they completed their Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Palo Alto College during 2000 to 2002.

Brad Taylor has also obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, which they achieved in December 2015. Additionally, they have certifications as a First aid/CPR Instructor Trainer from MEDIC First Aid Nederland, an H2S Instructor from Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service, a PEC Instructor from PEC Safety, and a Rig Pass Instructor from IADC RigPass.
