Philippa Colbourne is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Global HR Director at Epic Games since November 2019. Philippa leads HR teams responsible for Development, Technology, Online, Finance, and IT on a global scale, while also focusing on People M&A and compliance in Europe and the APAC regions. Prior roles include Director of International Human Resources at Discover Financial Services, where Philippa built comprehensive HR teams across EMEA and APAC, and roles at Dell as Learning and Development Manager and Recruitment Lead. Philippa began a career as an Equity Trader at Barclays Capital Securities Limited, transitioning to HR with an educational background in HR Strategy from Kingston University.
