Addie Javed, PE, CFM has a diverse work experience spanning from 1992 to present. Addie served as the Vice President at EPIC Engineering & Consulting Group, LLC since August 2022. Prior to that, they were the Development Manager/Managing Director at The Kercher Group, Inc. from 2019 to May 2023. Addie also worked as Public Works Director/County Engineer at Pinellas County Government from 2018 to 2019 and as Public Works Director/City Engineer/Floodplain Administrator at City of Haines City from 2015 to 2018. Addie Javed served as County Stormwater Engineer/Program Manager at Sarasota County Government from 2008 to 2015 and as Transportation Manager at Ayres Associates from February 2008 to December 2008. Addie held the position of Senior Manager at AECOM from 2002 to 2008 and worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Florida from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, they served as the Executive Director at Lipa Services from 1992 to 2002.

Addie Javed, PE, CFM has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Public Works/Administration - Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science - MS degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan State University. In addition to their degrees, they hold certifications as a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) and a Professional Engineer (PE).
