Sonia Rao currently serves as a Global Manager in Technical Partner Management (Signals & Measurement) at Facebook, leading a team that supports third-party partners on the Meta platform. With a background that includes roles such as Global Manager for Systems & Tooling Team and Scaled Operations Manager, Sonia has developed strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to team culture. In addition to Facebook, Sonia is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and Epic Angels, actively contributing to discussions on management, leadership, and women's encouragement in technology. Previous experience includes positions at FIS, Garena Online, Nanyang Technological University, Uber, Tata Consultancy Services, and HCL Technologies. Sonia holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from SRM University.
