Richma's previous experience includes working at PayPal as a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager for the CEMEA region from 2013 to 2020, where they defined marketing strategies, executed multichannel digital campaigns, and analyzed performance metrics. Richma also served as a Budget Planning and ROI Marketing Manager for the CEMEA region at PayPal from 2012 to 2013, managing marketing budgets and analyzing KPIs.
Before their time at PayPal, Richma worked at eBay as the Head of Online Marketing and Social Media from 2010 to 2012, where they developed online marketing plans, led SEO and content strategies, and managed the marketing budget. Richma also held the position of Head of Content, Services, and Loyalty Unit at Mappy from 2007 to 2010 and worked as a Content Project Manager at Pôle emploi from 2002 to 2007.
Richma started their career as the Chief Editorial Manager at FTpress from 1999 to 2002 and as a Communication Manager at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique from 1996 to 1999.
Throughout their career, Richma has demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, campaign execution, budget planning, data analysis, and team management.
Richma Piaraly holds a DEA Master 2 degree in Digital Media from université Paris 8, which they obtained in 1998. Prior to that, they completed a DESS/Master 2 degree in Communication Multimedia from université Paris 8 in 1997. Richma also has a master's degree in business administration from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), which they received in 1993. In 2020, Richma obtained additional certifications in Programming Foundations: Fundamentals, Learning Data Science: Understanding the Basics, and Maîtriser la communication marketing from LinkedIn.
