Cibelle Avelino possesses extensive experience in digital learning and video production, currently serving as the lead for the Digital Upskilling Mooc project at the EPFL EssentialTech Centre since November 2021. Cibelle has also worked as a digital learning consultant since October 2019, providing analytical expertise and project support for e-training initiatives. In addition, Cibelle has produced instructional video projects at the Swiss Federal University for Vocational Education and Training since July 2019 and previously held roles in video production management and coordination at EPFL and other organizations. Cibelle holds multiple educational qualifications, including a Certificate of Advanced Studies from the University of Geneva and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies, further enhancing a strong foundation in project management and media production.
