Caitlin Ortega Ruble is a pioneering Data Scientist at Epes Logistics Services, Inc., specializing in machine learning solutions to address logistics challenges. Previously, Caitlin served as a Data Science Fellow at Springboard, where key projects included skin cancer image detection and predicting user product adoption. Caitlin has a strong foundation in education, having worked as a Lead Teacher at Asheville Montessori School, where data-driven programming was implemented for up to 26 students annually, alongside roles as Administrative and Assistant Teacher. Prior experience includes working as a Research Associate in Assay Development at Theranos, where chemistry assays were developed for diagnostic tools, and as a Course Development Assistant at Stanford University, focusing on designing online assignments to enhance students' technical writing skills. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Biology from Stanford University.
