David McDonald is an experienced Training Manager at EPE. Trusted To Protect since October 2020, David specializes in delivering comprehensive training on advanced processes and equipment related to Improvised Explosive Device Defeat, Conventional Munition Disposal, Electronic Countermeasures, and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear defense. Prior to this role, David served as a Specialist Capability Trainer, developing and evaluating training programs for government, military, and civilian agencies both in Australia and internationally, focusing on Counter IED, EOD, ECM, and CBRN Defense. David's career began at the Australian Defence Force, where roles included EOD Technician and Combat Engineer from October 2007 to October 2020. Educational qualifications include Diplomas in Project Management and Security and Risk Management from Hamel Institute, alongside foundational education at Clairvaux Mackillop College.
