Stefan Schuster, P.G. has a diverse work experience in the field of water resources planning and management. Stefan has held various positions throughout their career, starting as the Water Resource Planning Discipline Leader at Freese and Nichols, where they led multiple projects and managed staff. Stefan then moved on to Daniel B. Stephens and Associates, where they served as the Senior Vice President and Texas Water Resources/Austin Operations Manager, overseeing marketing efforts and managing water resource division staff. As the Texas Water Strategy Leader at MWH, they focused on establishing water supply opportunities using innovative approaches and global resources. Schuster also served as the Water Resources Director at SWCA, implementing a strategic plan to develop water resources work across multiple profit and loss centers. Stefan later became a Lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin, teaching a graduate student course in water resource planning methodology and structure. Schuster then joined Hydroplan Devine Holdings as President and Senior Advisor, providing water planning expertise to both agricultural and urban water users. Stefan was also involved in the Environmental Science Institute at the University of Texas at Austin as an Advisory Council Co-Chair, promoting the Institute's recognition and finding funding opportunities. Prior to their current role, they worked at Aqua Strategies as a Senior Hydrogeologist and Marketing Specialist, and at Environmental Quality Operations as the Chief Marketing Advisor. Currently, Schuster holds the position of Director of Operations at EPCOR, where they manage the Vista Ridge Project.

Stefan Schuster, P.G. received a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics and Master of Science in GeoSci and CRP from The University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 1997. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Physics at the University of Oklahoma from 1985 to 1987. Stefan also holds a Diploma in Physics from Thomas More Preparatory, which they earned from 1983 to 1985. Additionally, they are a certified Professional Geoscientist, granted by the Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists in 1997.
