Waleed Assaf, P.E., CCM, is an experienced Underground Construction Manager currently employed at EPC Consultants, Inc. since November 2021, focusing on the DC Water Potomac River Tunnel Project valued at $819 million. Previously, Waleed served as a Tunnel Engineer on the Resident Engineer CM Team, where responsibilities included acting as Assistant Resident Engineer for the construction of a 14'-8" cut EPB HK TBM. Prior roles include Tunnel Field/Office Engineer at The Lane Construction Corporation, where support was provided for a 2.7-mile tunnel project, and Tunnel Engineer IV - V at Mott MacDonald, contributing to major projects such as the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Expansion and the Purple Line Light Rail Transit System.
