Chris Metzger has extensive work experience in the transportation and engineering industry. Chris is currently the Vice President of Transit/Transportation at EPC Consultants, Inc. Since 2021. Prior to this position, they held the role of Principal Project Manager at Hatch Mott MacDonald from 2008 to 2021 and Senior Vice President at Mott MacDonald from 2008 to 2021. Before that, they worked as a Vice President at Nolte Associates from 1991 to 2008.

Chris Metzger completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1979 to 1981. Chris then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering at Stanford University from 1983 to 1985.
