Tom R. has extensive experience in technical support and team leadership, currently serving as Senior Technical Solutions Lead at EPB since October 2014. Prior roles at EPB include Sr Technical Support Team Lead and Technical Support Team Lead. Tom R. worked at ADF Companies as a System Support Technician from May 2011 to May 2014 and was a Restaurant General Manager at Pizza Hut from November 1998 to May 2011. Educationally, Tom R. received a degree in Network Management and Information Systems from Chattanooga State Community College between 2006 and 2008.
