Richard Craig Shelton is a seasoned Network Engineer with extensive experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting data, voice, and video networks. Currently employed at EPB since February 2016, Shelton supports over 100,000 subscribers and provides high-level technical support for ISP and network management applications. Previous roles include Network Engineer III at Acceptance Insurance, where responsibilities included managing network operations across 450 locations in 18 states and spearheading significant infrastructure migrations. Shelton's background also encompasses positions at BAE Systems as an Information Assurance Officer and MILSATCOM Technician, along with early career experience as a DKET Operator/Maintainer at Datapath Inc. and Deployable Communications Lead for the U.S. Army. Shelton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
