Justin Grierson is an experienced telecommunications professional with a background in network operations and customer support. Currently serving as a Key Account Executive and Network Operations Center Supervisor at EPB since February 2016, Grierson oversees Network Operations Engineers and Technicians, focusing on process improvements, network reliability, and enhanced fiber optic offerings. Previous roles include leadership positions as Network Operations Engineer II Lead and Network Operations Engineer, and senior customer support roles at Education Networks of America. Grierson's career began at Verizon Wireless, where responsibilities included technical support and project leadership.
