Ben Christie is a Salesforce Business Analyst at EPB since March 2023, where responsibilities include improving processes, collecting data, and ensuring data consistency for Sales and Support teams. Previously, Ben served as a Support Advisor at Ambition, assisting in customer queries related to sales gamification and workforce efficiency metrics. A background in database administration is evident from Ben's role at the Creative Discovery Museum, where complex responsibilities were undertaken, including the development of an integrated guest/donor/member database. Earlier experiences include internships at La-Z-Boy R&D and BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, focusing on standardization procedures and web application development.
