Vinay Nimmala is a Genesys Cloud Engineer at ePATHUSA. Vinay has over 8 years of experience in the field of VoIP and has worked with some of the leading companies in the industry including Avaya, Tech Mahindra, and Cognizant. Their key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues related to media gateways and servers, installing service packs and patches, and performing daily health checks on all Avaya servers. Vinay has also worked with CAB teams and is familiar with incident management procedures. In their current role, they are responsible for managing incidents, work orders, and change requests.

Vinay Nimmala's educational career began with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from JNTU Hyderabad - MITS. Vinay followed up with certifications from Genesys in Genesys Cloud Architect Certified Specialist, Genesys Cloud Certified Professional, and Genesys Certified Associate (GCA) - PureCloud.
