Varun Gajendragadkar is a Senior Security Systems Engineer at EPAM Systems since February 2024, previously serving as Application Security Team Lead at Paycom from July 2020 to February 2024. At Paycom, Varun led the application security department's recruitment efforts, achieved a 100% retention rate, and developed an agile penetration testing program while mentoring seven security analysts.
