Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, where support is provided for innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, Chief Innovation Officer and CTO at Energy Web, and Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge. Micha also contributed to the IIB Council and served as an advisor for PioneerVentures.io. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional education in fintech and project management, Micha Roon combines technical expertise with strategic leadership in the blockchain and decentralized finance sectors.
