Hemant Kumar Suman is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience in leading data solutions and architecture design across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Lead Data Engineer at EPAM Systems since October 2023, Hemant previously held the position of Solution Architect & Data Engineer at Capgemini, where responsibilities included developing a Databricks lakehouse platform and contributing to the bid proposal solution for a Data Analytics Platform. Hemant has also excelled as a Senior Data Engineer in various roles, notably at Canon, where significant projects involved architecting Azure Synapse and Azure Datalake solutions, and at Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on complex data integration and management solutions.
