Jon Davis is an experienced Quality Control Manager at ePac Flexible Packaging, responsible for the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System and Food Safety program since July 2021. Prior to this role, Jon held several positions at Graphic Packaging International, LLC, including Continuous Improvement Department Supervisor, where departmental throughput improved by 18% through successful process improvement projects, and Printing and Coating Department Supervisor. Jon's extensive background also includes serving in the U.S. Navy as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, where significant cost savings were achieved. Jon possesses a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University and further educational credentials in Business Management and Six Sigma methodologies.
