Cristel Carolina Gomez Alvarez has a solid background in human resources, currently serving as an Asesor de personal at Ferretería EPA since July 2021. Prior experience includes working as an Asistente de Gestión de Talento at Asociación Camino Seguro from July 2018 to July 2021, where Cristel was involved in various HR administration tasks such as recruitment, selection processes, and the onboarding of new employees. Additionally, Cristel completed a six-month internship in the HR department at Cemaco, focusing on recruitment and training. Cristel holds a Diplomado en Psicología Industrial and a Licenciatura in Psicología, both from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, with education spanning from 2014 to 2018.
