Grace S.C. CHOO is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in various roles primarily in the banking and service industries. Currently serving as the Personal Assistant to the Group Managing Director cum Office Manager at EP Plus Group since April 2021, Grace previously held multiple managerial positions at AmBank Group from March 2001 to April 2021, focusing on employee engagement and client experience. Grace's career began as a Management Intern at The Regent Hotel Kuala Lumpur, followed by a role as Program Coordinator at HELP University. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons. in Social Administration from University Malaya, completed in 1999.
