Lisa Pimpinella has extensive experience in leadership and management, currently serving as the Executive Director of EOS/ESD Association, Inc. since April 1993. In this role, Lisa engages with various stakeholders, including the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and business unit managers, facilitating communication and collaboration. Prior to this position, Lisa worked at Kmart Corporation as a Merchandise Team Member, where responsibilities encompassed retail management and team supervision. Lisa began their career as a Day Care Provider and Sales Associate, gaining foundational skills in childcare and customer service. Lisa holds a B.S. in Business Management and Economics with a concentration in Human Resources from SUNY Empire State College and has earned two associate degrees in Business Management and Accounting from Mohawk Valley Community College.
